This converted barn, situated on a small holding has two floors; a cooking area (with gas burners, a microwave, fridge and freezer), sitting and storage area on the ground floor. The second floor is used for sleeping and can accommodate up to 16. Showers, toilets with washing areas are provided in separate blocks across the yard. |

of Waunfawr and Betws Garmon. The site is sign posted on the main
road and is visible from both directions.
