Turn off the A470 over the old bridge in Llanrwst on to the
B5106. Take the first turning on the left (signposted Betws-y-Coed)and immediately turn right up a single track road for 400 yds.
Take the first turning on the right (cottage on right) over the stream and right again over the stream into the rear of the cottage. Wooden farm gate with 'Nant Cottage' on gate.
