Follow A548 from Llanrwst to Abergele. Three miles from Llanrwst there is a crossroads, turning right following signs for Carmel. Carry on along this road until you see a road facing you with a sign saying 'no through road'. Drive down this no through road, and Pennant is at the end of the road. |
